This programme is designed so you can go at your own pace. There is no “falling behind”. You’ll get access to replays and materials each week that you can work through when you’re able.
If you've been caught in the diet trap, you've probably spent money on diet cookbooks, meal plans from personal trainers, group diet programmes, special food, anti cellulite creams, anti aging gizmo's... the list goes on when it comes to the diet industry. You're not alone and it's not your fault.
This isn’t another set of food rules you have to follow.
It’s a mindset-based approach that combines evidence-based psychological tools.
It's about long-term change, not short-term control.
This programme doesn’t focus on weight loss.

THIS is one of the reasons I created this programme. As a clinical psychologist living with a chronic illness and navigating body stigma myself, I’ve seen the harm caused by judgmental health advice personally - and with clients I have supported.
This space is different: it is inclusive of all bodies, based in compassion, respect, and designed to support you exactly as you are.
When I have sought help for my health - physical or mental - I have always asked myself "how much longer can I afford to wait to get back to living my life?".
This course is a small fraction of the cost of 1:1 therapy, or countless diet products and programmes.
Here you’ll learn tools you’ll use for a lifetime.
The programme includes weekly live webinars but the ONLY camera that will be on is mine, so no one can see you, or that you are even attending! You can engage as much or as little as you want to.

Hi, I’m Beth!
I created this course after working with many people in my private practice who felt trapped by food, weight, and shame. I wanted to make this help more accessible to more people.
As a clinical psychologist, I combine evidence-based therapies (like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy) to help people go beyond "knowing what to eat" and get to the heart of why we struggle.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck.
Living with chronic illness has made body acceptance personal. I walk this path too and I’m here to walk it with you.
You won’t find judgement, or waffle here.
Just real practical tools, support, and future freedom.
