Are you qualified to help me?

Yes! I’m a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience in NHS and private settings. I am also a certified Intuitive Eating counsellor.

My favourite speciality is in eating/body image issues and using approaches that have been seen to work in research and in real life!

Will this help with emotional eating or bingeing?

Many of the people I work with struggle with emotional eating, bingeing, or feeling “out of control” around food. We explore these patterns with curiosity, not criticism, and work toward finding gentler, more effective ways of meeting your emotional needs.

Do I need to love my body to do this work?

Definitely not - that's why you're here! Body image healing is messy and isn't always a linear process. I meet you exactly where you are. This isn’t about forced affirmations about how much you love your body. It’s about building respect, self kindness, and peace over time.
