Terms and conditions for Finally Free programme 2025

1. Programme Overview

Finally Free: A 10-week therapy-based programme to help you make peace with food, feel at home in your body, and reclaim your life is a live course delivered over Zoom to a group of participants, supported by a private Facebook group and emailed resources. This version is offered in exchange for feedback and a testimonial.2. Beta Programme Agreement

By joining this beta version, you acknowledge that:

Your feedback may be requested throughout and at the end of the programme.

You agree not to share any materials publicly or use them for professional purposes.

3. Eligibility

This beta version is only available to UK residents aged 18+. Payment is accepted by UK bank transfer in GBP only.

4. Payment

The fee for the beta programme is £495, or three payments of £175. Payment is required by bank transfer to confirm your place. Instructions will be sent upon signing up. Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is received.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your payment, provided the course has not yet started.

Once the programme begins (from the first live session), no refunds will be issued unless required by law such as in the event of Dr Beth being unable to continue the programme.

6. Participation and Expectations

This programme is for educational and support purposes and is not a substitute for 1:1 therapy or medical advice. This is not a treatment for eating disorder in this format. Participation requires respectful interaction in group spaces and confidentiality around other participants’ experiences.

7. Intellectual Property

All content remains the intellectual property of the course creator and may not be reused, shared or repurposed without permission.
